Jazz Students:

Dismiss from classes after 5th hour - you will miss 6th and 7th hour.

Load up vans and depart by 1:15 PM

Estimated arrival at Baker at 2 PM

Watch 2 or 3 bands:

• Topeka Seaman at 2:05
• Gardner-Edgerton at 2:30 PM
• Spring Hill at 2:55 PM

After Spring Hill, move to warm-up area

3:20 PM Warm-up

3:45 Perform

4:10 Clinic

After clinic: Load up and depart for Dinner in Lawrence

Arrive Lawrence ~5:15 PM. 1 hour for dinner. Bring $$ Must be in a group of 4 or more at all times.

Depart Lawrence ~6:15 PM. Return to BVN ~7:15 PM

Attire is Black Slacks, Black Dress Shoes/Socks, and BVN Band 1/4 Zip. Please get in your concert attire before leaving BVN and remain in it until we return. Look and act classy at all times.
