After School: Band Room Open for Uniforming

4:35 PM: Marching Mustangs CALL TIME - for pre-game meeting in Band room. By this time, you are IN UNIFORM, ready to go. All you need to do is grab your equipment (instruments/flag bags/music/stadium hardware, etc) and load the busses. Early is on time. On Time is Late. Late is left behind.

5 PM: Band Busses LEAVE for DAC. 

5:15 PM: Arrive, Unload and proceed directly to the Soccer side of the DAC.

• Get instruments out of cases and leave cases lined nicely in the grass areas underneath the scoreboard – football side of the DAC  
• Flute and Clarinet Cases: bring with you to the soccer side of the dac. We’ll take them up into seats after our MS rehearsal.
• As soon as instruments are out, walk to the soccer side of the DAC, and form the “BVN” of Pregame - set 4. Move with a purpose. You will be joining an in-progress rehearsal, please be respectful and QUIET.

6:00-ish: Move to FB side of DAC and set up in bleachers

6:15: All Marching Mustangs in full uniform on Softball field for Pre-game warm-up.

6:45: Pre-game show!! Tell your parents to be in seats by 6:40 PM.

8:00 PM estimated: Halftime show (Marching Mustangs movement 1 followed by Combined Performance of Land of 1000 dances.)

After Halftime: 3rd Quarter Break. You must be back in your seats in time to perform between the 3rd and 4th quarter or you lose the break at the next game!

9:30 PM, estimated: Game finishes. Load up and return to BVN. Estimated return to BVN of 10 PM. 

You are dismissed when your instrument and music are correctly put away, and your uniform is hung CORRECTLY back in its hanging bag and back on the correct uniform rack. Make it CLEAN!
